About Families in Transition
Families in Transition (FIT) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency located in Manchester and Concord, New Hampshire which provides safe affordable housing and comprehensive social services to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, enabling them to gain self-sufficiency and respect.
FIT provides not only the time and place to recover from homelessness, but also the support to help participants overcome the root causes of their homelessness, which may include poverty, trauma, mental and/or physical illness, and substance abuse.
With your help, FIT can continue its important mission across the state of New Hampshire and continue on the path of eliminating homelessness.
